Mary Bendelow, PhD, heads marketing, technical writing and administration at WitsEnds Software.

Technical writing. Mary writes: web site content and design, software documentation, interactive computer-based training programs, marketing materials, articles on communication. If it's business-oriented writing, she does it.

Communication consulting. Mary has consulted and trained in the communication field since 1983. She has taught classes in communication effectiveness to university, college, business, and professional groups for over a dozen years, in such areas as: nonverbal communication, group dynamics, organizational analysis, small group facilitation, and conflict management.

Trial consulting. Mary has worked with attorneys, their clients, and their cases, training attorneys in persuasive communication, and aiding them in case analysis, witness preparation, and jury selection. Mary has served as the communication expert at intensive national week-long attorney training programs in courtroom effectiveness for the American Bar Association, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA "Ultimate" program).
