ChekDirect gives you the images you need to eliminate photocopying as well as to organize your check bank deposit on site.

ChekDirect is a simple remote capture program for check cashing businesses, collection agencies, payment processors, and others requiring a connection to a remote host, either Windows or Unix/Linix.

ChekDirect works with Digital Check, Canon and CheckNique two-sided scanners, which enable check endorsement, as well. These inexpensive yet powerful check scanners quickly gather the image and MICR data and send them on, as part of a network or independent, utilizing an internet connection only to provide the transport.

ChekDirect provides:

• remote capture and remote deposit - makes your deposits from your business, without a trip to the bank and the potential for loss in transit
• quality images - scans both sides of checks, endorses (with scanners that have that option), reads and stores the MICR line
• export capabilities - automatically sends via FTP to remote location, using file format needed by receiving system; creates PDF files for emailing; sends images in a variety of formats, depending on the needs of the receiving software
• simple databases and retrieval - allows for sorts of database by date range, account number, and check number
• front end to another program, for example, accounting or data management, providing images to augment customer information

ChekDirect is available as both a single-user and a multi-user, multi-location site license.

If you find later that you need more capabilities than ChekDirect provides, such as reports, SQL search, OCR backup reading of MICR, you can move readily into our other check imaging products in the ChekScan suite.
