administration tools to allow IT personnel to:
- adjust or update scanner settings
- read and reset initialization parameters
- see the desktop of the user
- provide support from the IT location directly
to a branch
Administrators can call from a remote location
anywhere in the world via TCP/IP. Remote troubleshooting
reduces the need for technical staff in field. The operator at
a branch can also send e-mail describing a problem and send it
along with an automatically-generated picture of the desktop view.
