Remap on-us account specification

When organizations merge, or ABA numbers change, and checks that are presented are out of date, ChekScan can automatically remap the MICR data on the checks to a new combination of ABA and account numbers. In a corresponding change, ChekScan now accepts more than one on-us number to be registered.
