SQL backends

ChekScan Enterprise uses an SQL back end server (MSSQL, Sybase, MySQL, ORACLE, etc.) to increase capacity to tens of millions of images in a two-tier client-server design.

MySQL is an open source, free SQL engine. It enables organizations that do not wish to utilize Microsoft, Sybase, or Oracle database engines to have the features of ChekScan Enterprise at no cost for SQL services. Organizations that already utilize MS SQL Server, Sybase or Oracle will generally prefer to centralize support services and keep their current database server.
