Export/import images

ChekScan Pro can import and export check images. This allows organizations using more than one scanner location to scan at one place, yet consolidate the images at another location.

Choosing "Export" creates a set of images and associated indexing information for transmission to another ChekScan facility or for other use, in TIFF Group4 format, using Paradox or DbaseIV databases. Another copy of ChekScan Pro can import these images and merge them into its database.

The exported images and databases can be transmitted over the Internet quickly and cheaply.

ChekScan Pro can also export selected indexing information in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format that is readable by many programs.
