Ease of use

No significant operator training is needed once ChekScan is configured. The operator starts the program, chooses a classification code, places checks in the scanner, and presses "Scan." Checks are automatically scanned front and back, placed on file, and entered into the database using MICR information. Thus it is possible to use temporary help or untrained staff to enter thousands of records into the database with little or no effort.

ChekScan Standard comes with an extensive tutorial and help system to simplify training new users, and answer user questions readily.
