Xanthos gives you choices in retrieval

If you have set up your cabinets, drawers folders, and document types thoughtfully, it will be easy to retrieve the document(s) you need. With Xanthos, you have choices in how you find documents.

• Simple retrieval -- scroll through the database, or a subset you've created, until you locate the document you seek.
• Complex retrieval -- specify the cabinet, drawer, folder, document type, and let Xanthos do the searching. You can find a document using non-hierarchical reference points, also.
• Query. If your system has My SQL, you can build a highly specific query for searching.
